Food: Avocado And Apple Salad

I´m not a big fan of classic salads, you know the ones that are just lettuce and drown in vinegar dressing. But I also know that eating vegetables is really important for your health. Eat your greens, kids! This avocado and apple salad is REALLY delicious, super quick and easy to make and the ingredients are available all year round. Sounds amazing? I know 🙂 So let´s do this:


What you will need for two servings:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 medium sized apple
  • a splash of pumpkin seed oil
  • 2 tsp of sesame
  • sea salt
  • 2 slices of wholemeal bread


Slice your apple and avocado and put them in a bowl. Add in the pumpkin seed oil and the sea salt and mix. Last sprinkle the sesame on top and serve with some wholemeal bread. Done! Enjoy!
