Food: Easy Mango & Coconut Porridge

Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day! Especially muesli and porridge I can´t get enough of, I just love anything with oats in it, who thinks the same? But let´s face it, there isn´t much time in the morning to prep breakfast, because you have to leave for work or school and that´s when this quick and easy porridge is the BEST! It´s fruity and exotic and ready to eat in five minutes, sound amazing, right?

For one serving you will need:

  • 125 ml oat milk ( you can use any other milk as well! )
  • 2-4 tbsp of oats ( depends on how thick you like your porridge )
  • Apple-mango purée ( in Germany “Alnatura” has a great one, if you can´t find that, it also tastes good with just apple purée )
  • Desiccated coconut
  • Chia Seeds for topping

First put the milk and the oats in a pan and heat everything up. Stir every now and then and remove it from the stove as soon as it forms a thick creamy mixture. Take a bowl and and put a third of the porridge inside. Then take the apple-mango purée and add a layer on top. Last add a layer of desiccated coconut. Repeat the the process until all porridge is used up. You can finish with any layer you like, it doesn´t matter. Then top it with some chia seeds. Enjoy!

What is your favourite thing to eat for breakfast?…. As you can see, my blog had a makeover and has a totally new, shiny design now! I hope you like it as much as I do! Please comment down below and tell me what you think…

I wish you the best day ever!
