A green smoothie? Can´t taste good! I know, I know, but this one is actually really delicious AND healthy. The added flavour through ginger and green tea makes it a little bit spicy but in a very tasty way. It´s also sweet, so you don´t feel like you sipping cold vegetable soup… perfect to add some greens into your diet if you don´t like them!
For two servings you will need:
First make the green tea. Don´t let it steep for long, it should be quite light. Let it cool completely. Next add all ingredients into a mixer and blend well. This smoothie tastes best when it´s cool, so let it chill in the fridge for at least 20 min before you drink it. Fill into two glasses and add the spinach leaves and drinking straws for decoration. Enjoy!
