Food: Lavender & Honey Nice Cream


This vegan ice cream is perfect for hot summer days. The base is banana and almond butter, with added lavender blossoms and honey for flavour. It´s kind of an unexpected combination, but a really tasty and interesting one! Give it a try 🙂

For one serving you will need:

  • 1 frozen & cut banana
  • 1 tbsp white almond butter ( made from peeled almonds )
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar ( or honey )
  • 1/2 tsp dried lavender blossoms ( + a bit for decorating )
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla sugar

Simply add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Freeze the mixture in a round silicon or plastic tin for 4 hours.  Then take the nice cream out of the tin and place it on a plate. Serve with some lavender blossoms sprinkled on top. Yum!

  1. I was reading the ingredients list while seeing the first photo of the post, and my first thought was how did she make such a huge cake with only 1 tbsp of each ingredient, haha. Then saw the next photos and figured out it was a small dessert. Anyway, it looks really good, tasty and very easy to make! Wishing you a great weekend ahead! xx
