This vegan ice cream is perfect for hot summer days. The base is banana and almond butter, with added lavender blossoms and honey for flavour. It´s kind of an unexpected combination, but a really tasty and interesting one! Give it a try 🙂
For one serving you will need:
Simply add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Freeze the mixture in a round silicon or plastic tin for 4 hours. Then take the nice cream out of the tin and place it on a plate. Serve with some lavender blossoms sprinkled on top. Yum!
