Food: Oatmeal Energy Balls

These little vegan balls are the perfect snack and healthy sweet treat for any time of the day! They are super quick to make and a delicious, healthy option to have around for when you fancy something sweet! They are easy to transport as well so they are a good snack to bring with you to school or work…

For about 15 balls you will need:

  • 200g oats
  • 60g agave nectar
  • 70g sunflower seed butter ( you can also use any other type of nut butter ! )
  • 75g cocomilk
  • 100g rasins ( you can also use any other dried fruits or nuts )
  • 30g desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • a few drops of vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cacao powder

First blend the oats in a blender until you get a flour. Then put all the ingredients except the cacao powder in a large bowl and mix everything until you have a nice dough. Roll the mixture into little balls and sprinkle the cacao powder on top. Done! Keep them in the fridge in an airtight container..

I make these energy balls a lot and they never last a long time, because they are so so good! Tell me in the comments what your favourite snack is…

I wish you the best day ever!
