First of all: I am so sorry that didn’t post last Sunday! Christmas and work struggles were real the past few days and I just haven´t had time. So without further rambling let´s move on to the outfit. I love to give my outfits a christmassy vibe, it instantly puts me in the mood for the festive holidays. But when it comes to Christmas jumpers, I have a huge gap in my wardrobe because I think it´s quite sad to buy a jumper that I can just wear for four weeks a year. Instead I try to infuse some christmassy vibes with the right fabric. For me velvet is the ultimate cosy and festive fabric and I love to wear it during the whole cold season. Today I am wearing a cropped pink velvet top that I sew myself ( quite proud, not gonna lie 😉 ) and paired it with some basics, a fancy bag and plateau boots. That´s the festive outfit done!
Colour Chat: I think I never owned any hot pink clothing item before I sew this one. I have to say I absolutely love it! It´s easy to pair with other colours and makes an outfit look special with no effort…
Texture Talk: Velvet again! Sorry guys, I just love my velvet 😉 So I think the colour of the top is nice, but the velvet texture makes it ten times more gorgeous! It catches the light beautifully and makes the colour look different when the light changes…
